It seems like yesterday that the 2011 Southeastern Builders' Conference was in swing, and now we're ready to attend again. This year, however, both my books will be available for sale at the SEBC bookstore. I hope to see you there. We can discuss any design issues that you would like to discuss, and perhaps I will be available for a book signing. I am corresponding with SEBC about that right now.

From SteveI started writing this series of books in response to clients' requests for more information on the design, permitting and building processes. First came some promotional literature, then the sheets became organized into a customized folder for each prospective client. Eventually, the condensed edition was published. Now, the expanded edition has been published. Eventually, all five books will be available for purchase in book stores, Amazon.com and here.
